LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American basketball professional who is a player with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. He is known as King James he is widely thought of as one of the most successful basketball players ever and is frequently compared to Michael Jordan in debates over the best basketball player of all time. James is the winner of four NBA Championships, Four NBA MVP Awards and four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He is also the proud owner of 2 Olympic gold medals. James has the world record of the highest number of points scored in the post-season. He is second in overall career score and 7th highest number of career assists. Additionally, as an NBA All-Star, James was selected to an NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. In total, he has been a part of the 10 NBA Finals, the third-most in history. It was eight in a row between 2011 and 2018. James was named to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. James became the first NBA player to score 10,000 points, rebounds and assist in 2022. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School close to his home in Akron Ohio. His future NBA career was hyped up by the media. In 2003 it was the time that Cleveland Cavaliers took him first in the NBA draft as a pro-to-prep. In 2004, he received the title of NBA Rookie. He soon was one of the league's best players and was awarded the NBA MVP in both 2009 and 2010. After failing to win the championship Cleveland James left in 2010 by way of a free-agent to be a part of with the Miami Heat this was announced on television in the special The Decision and is among the most controversial free-agent choices throughout sports history.
