Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on the 28th of October, 1967 in the home of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. She comes from the fourth Roberts family who lived in Atlanta. This began with her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts who was an agriculturalist. She inherited her father's interest in theater from a young stage. He performed on his Emory University campus in 1952 as well as in various productions that were staged around Atlanta. In 1953, he enlisted in the Air Force, and was stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi, he acted in a production together with Betty Lou Bredemus. The two married in 1955 and the couple's first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter attended Tulane University New Orleans Louisiana after leaving the Airforce in 1957. Walter began working for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter along with Betty Lou produced a Saturday morning show on local television for children known as Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964. It was a venture they self-financed. In 1964 Walter and Betty Lou founded the Actors and Writers Workshop. It lasted for six years. They had two more youngsters Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in 1965 in 1965 and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
