Salma Hayek

SalmaSalma Hayek Pinault born Salma Valgarma Hayek Jamesenez on September 2, 1966 is an American and Mexican actor and producer. In Mexico, she began her professional career in the role of Teresa in the television show (1989-1991) as well as El Callejon de los Milagros (1995) in which she received an Ariel Award. From Dusk till Dawn (1996), Wild Wild West (1999), Dogma (1999) and Desperado (1995) are just some of her many Hollywood credits. Hayek's performance as Frida Kahlo, a painter, in Frida (2002) the biographical feature she created that earned her an Academy Award for Best Actress nomination[6]. Also, she was awarded her Golden Globe Award, Screen Actors Guild Award as well as British Academy Film Award nominations. Hayek continued to produce, while starring in action-oriented pictures Once Upon a Time in Mexico later on in her career.
