Heidi Watney was born May 19th 1981. She is an American sportscaster and works as a reporter at Apple TV+. [1] She was an National Merit Scholar, and she was a student at the University of San Diego as an academic scholarship. In 2003 she graduated from the university with high distinction. Watney participated in Miss California USA in 2002, where she was first third place. Watney began her career at KMPH-TV in Fresno in September 2003. She started as the morning traffic reporter. She then transitioned into the weekend sports anchor and weekday sports reporter in 2005. She moved to Massachusetts in 2008 and began working for New England Sports Network. She was an Boston Red Sox gameday reporter. Watney hosted the Ultimate Red Sox Show as in addition to Red Sox Report. Watney began her career at Time Warner Cable SportsNet, reporting as a reporter for LA Galaxy. She was then hired by MLB Network in November 2012 where she spent nine years.
